Kiosks
The KRN, in an effort to provide the public and visitors with information of the Kootenai River Watershed, including its history, fish and wildlife, has constructed three informational kiosks which have been placed throughout the watershed along the Kootenai River. This educational effort has been completed in partnership with the Bonneville Power Administration, the U.S. Forest Service, Lincoln County, the Cinnabar Foundation, and the Lincoln County Community Foundation. A fourth kiosk, currently under construction, will be placed at the Lake Koocanusa bridge parking area. It is scheduled to be completed and in place by Spring 2012.
